Mission

Why we do this work

Our mission is to provide culturally informed, bilingual psychotherapy that supports individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, with a primary specialization in serving the Hispanic community. We are committed to offering an inclusive therapeutic space that honours every client’s unique cultural identity, language, values, and lived experiences.

Our work focuses on helping clients navigate life transitions, strengthen resilience and self-awareness to build meaningful connections, whether they are adapting to a new country or seeking support for emotional distress. We strive to deliver accessible, respectful, and clinically grounded care that empowers clients to explore their stories, reclaim their strengths, and move toward greater well-being.

While our work is deeply rooted in supporting the Hispanic community, our doors are open to individuals, couples, and families from all cultural backgrounds.

Vision

Where we are headed

Our vision is to offer accessible, bilingual psychotherapy that honours the diverse cultures and lived experiences of individuals and families across Ontario, grounded in a strong dedication to serving the Hispanic community. Every effort we make is guided by our commitment to serve clients with respect, cultural sensitivity, and meaningful care. We envision a practice where clients feel seen, understood, and supported; where clinicians are trained to deliver culturally responsive therapy; and where the broader community benefits from mental health services that value heritage, language, and intergenerational stories.

Our foundation lies in serving the Hispanic community, but our commitment to empathetic, professional care extends to everyone.

Our story

Shaped by experience and guided by a genuine desire to support others

HCPC was created to offer compassionate, client-centred care rooted in a sincere dedication to supporting people through meaningful change. As the practice grows into a company-centred clinic, that original commitment remains at the heart of every decision.

Fabiola's personal and professional journey has given her a deep understanding of the courage, uncertainty, and emotional weight that can accompany major life transitions. Those experiences continue to shape the culture of HCPC: attuned, grounded, and culturally sensitive.

Drawn to the wellbeing of others from an early age, Fabiola developed a natural curiosity about the human mind and a strong commitment to helping people navigate difficult moments. Over the years, she has built experience supporting individuals, couples, teens, and seniors across a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, and that foundation now informs the broader direction of the clinic.

Today, HCPC is growing with the intention of making that same thoughtful, culturally informed, and bilingual care available through a team-based practice. Sessions remain available in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to connect in the language that feels most natural and supportive.
